Schiehallion’s iconic peak can be seen from a lot of hills in the Cairngorms, the Southern and Central Highlands. The straightforward and short access route makes this an ideal Munro for beginners.
Cairngorm is the 6th highest peak in the UK. Just sitting above a very popular skiing area, it’s easily and quickly accessible, making it one of the easiest Munros to bag.
Geal-charn Mòr is easily accessed from west of Aviemore. A straightforward hillwalk on a good track and path make this a beginner-friendly route with extensive views of the Cairngorms.
